Looking for photographer's assistant for collaboration

I'm a full time photographer looking for an assistant to collaborate.
Aspiring photographers and students are welcome.

Job Requirements:
Proficient in event photography
Able to produce technically good photos (proper exposure, accurate colours, good sharpness etc.)

Hi coolcatz, like to clarify... Are you looking for assistants to help out (eg. set up/move lights) during shoots or 2nd/3rd photographer to cover events together with you?

Hi voux, I'm looking for both actually, depends on the type of shoot. If it is a pre-wedding shoot, then I need someone to set the lights. If it is a big event that requires 2 or 3 photogs, then we will each cover an area. If there are shoots that I'm unable to take up, then it will be a referral. Hope this clarifies. Thank you.
