I'm looking to fill up a personal list of photographers, videographers and assistants for future projects. I do need some part timers once in a while.
I'm not looking for very experienced photographers or videographers, looking for newbies to intermediately skilled.
My budget is below $100/hr, but also depends on your skill level, depends on your role and depends on the project. Don't expect $100/hr every project.
For the assistant it's $6 - $8 an hour, depends on your role and project.
