To take some simple documentary type shots.
Purely technical, no creativity requried.
Commercial or competent hobbyist should be able to do
the shoot.

I may not be based but make regular trips to Qatar, Oman, and hopefully the new project coming up in Nov for Saudi Arabia. Will be there and let you know.
