Looking for photographer for ROM on 03.10.09 (2-3hrs)

Hi,

ROM to take place around lunchtime in a chinese restaurant in a hotel in city area. Interested photographers to quote charges, give detail on wedding photography experience, provide contact details and links to online portfolio (if any). Will arrange to meet up with shortlisted photographers to go through portfolio and other details.

Deadline for submission is 29 Jul 09.

Hi I am able to provide you with the service @ $100/hr. So far what I've done, photos are delivered in CD-Rs and DVD-Rs, so for prints (if you require) we'll discuss further about it. I'd covered 1 ROM and 1 AD wedding so far, will be doing another wedding later in Aug. Am still new in these field but also am pretty confident in delivering results. I have yet posted the photos into my portfolio but if you're interested I can email them for you to have a look, PM me your email address. Open for discussion on package too.

Tools that I'll be using, in case you might be interested to know, would be a Canon EOS 40D, 50mm f/1.4 lens (rented), 17-55mm f/2.8 IS (rented), and an external flash.

Basic photo processing will be done, any touch-up required will be taken note of upon request. No extra charge unless it requires a lot of effort.

Professional/Full time/Freelance photographers are welcomed. As I have not selected my AD photographer, the selected photographer for my ROM shoot may be engaged as my AD photographer. Therefore please specify if you are a full time/freelance photographer and whether you have any affiliation with any photo shop/studio/bridal studio.

To help me with the shortlisting, those who choose to email me could attached about 3-5 wedding /ROM pics that you feel can reflect your style and capability. Take note that my ROM is in a Chinese restaurant (with full length glass window) in the day.

I would appreciate that you be upfront with your charges as it would give me some gauge to the expected quality of work.

My rate would be $150 an hour. My wedding photography experience is limited as I am a fashion photographer looking to enter the industry as a side source of income. I intend to go into weddings here and when i go back to the US.

But i am extremely familiar with on-location and studio lighting. I just came from a photography school in the US that provided me with a lot of wedding photography training.
