Don't expect someone whom has 20 years of experienced and using $20k worth of equipements to charge you $100?

"Reasonable" is a connotation. Thus, it will have a different definition for each person. Thus, I shall explain.

The term reasonable is a mathematical catch-all which is often used to hide subtle or complex details from the casual reader, while still expressing the important ideas in a line of reasoning. Often used interchangeably with nice. These terms must be applied carefully by the mathematician or the resulting exposition may simply express a truism.

Budget : <$500

Once again, I made no mention that it would be a full day shoot. The hours are determined on how fast the photographer finishes his work.

You can use a lousy cam and get paid over $1000/- ..... OR
You can use a top notch Pro Body and get paid under $100/-
