Looking for full-time staff for video

Hi, we are looking to hire a full-time staff to assist us in shoots and post-production. Someone who believes in preserving life stories in motion-picture. Need to have some experience in editing (Premiere Pro preferred) and owns a a video-capable DSLR (a Canon 5D MK2 or 3 is preferred), with lenses. Below 30 yrs old.
