If its a full time job, I don't think you can choose the clubs. Frequency may be negotiable, but since its a full time job, I'd think he'd expect that the rejection rate must be low.

What I meant is, because you are looking for a full time photographer, its likely that you will expect that the photographer not pick and choose which clubs he wants to shoot at, but should take any job at any club at your direction (well at least on reasonable terms).
