looking for freelance animator

Hi looking to work with animator for long term projects......best if he/she could draw out cartoon from human and animate them,in 2dimensional type will do....
looking at per project @$200-400.
simple background and simple storyboard will be given.animations is about 1 to 3mins.

Hi, I'm interest in these projects. Can u tell me more of it..I can draw. I use to work as a traditional animator trainee for about 6mths. I study graphic design. I prefer free hand drawing then scan on photoshop to touch up. Do i need to do the flash thing. Cos i still new in flash and dreamweaver.
