Looking For: Digital Media Artists who can do rendering of human portrait.

Ok, I'm not too sure on how to describe myself. I am looking for someone who can do a digital rendering of a concept whenever I have. For example, this photo here.

If I want a cartoonised version of this concept, if you are able to do it for me, I need your services. I'm not too sure either how this will turn out but those interested, please give it a shot. I do not mind students or professionals, it's the creativity and skill that counts.
