Looking for Digital Imaging / Photoshop Artist

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can touch up and create layout for 12"x15" photo album for two projects, my ROM and engagement photos. The photos are high resolution jpeg, about 70 photos for each album.
Preferably someone who can create 'story' from the pictures.
