well.... Winson, if you do not mind, i do have some sources for you and may provide additional services / manpower in that sense.
first of all, i have students who wish to become interns. i cannot take too many of them at the same time, so i do not mind introducing your company to the schools.
Recently there are alot of request from ITE that they hope that their students can join the industry as interns in hope to gaining experience. Departments like Digital Media Design and Product Design has expressed their interests in welcoming MNCs and local SMEs to come forward to select their interns.
They MAY not be as good as people from diploma courses, but some of them are sure committed to learn. (from my experience from ITE Intern students). Most of them are very patient to learn too.

Thank you for your kind thoughts, appreciate it. I cannot spoil the market or be part of it, there're a dozen guys in the list that will gather at my factory to bash me up.:nono:
We are not in the creative or designing business, thus do not employ designers. But we have a team that is great with color-separation, files handling and processing, we called them DTP operators. My purpose of creating this thread was not to recruit designer but to gather like-minded designers to create a market place to get-together and discuss on the issues facing the industry.
There were requests for design, montage and layout services from photographers and therere offering of such services from designers. I would have a conflict of interests or carry unnecessary responsibilities in recommending designers to photogs and vice versa. Looking at the interests on this thread, theres a real need for such a gathering.:think:

If you're a photographer who also has experience in print design and production and wish to design your own coffee-table books, you're also welcome to join. I'll help to host and moderate the meeting; let it be a free discussion and impromptu.
As the meeting is on opportunities, market, designing and pricing, etc,. I dont intent to sell my products. I can provide pricelist and job order submission info for those of you whom are interested. Lets focus on the meeting agenda and the main intent of the meeting, or well never leave by 10PM.
For those whom had not visited our facilities, you can arrive earlier at 6PM; I can arrange a brief tour of the sweatshop and still start the meeting on time at 6.30PM.
When you arrived, go to the reception and shell lead you to the meeting room. Do not gather at the guard house or the carpark entrance, I dont want the group to be arrested for illegal gathering.:nono: Heighten security during the conventions.:bsmilie:
