I am looking for budget studio rental, but not in the east side of Singapore(travelling too far). Please state the location and rental rates, and also the size and equipment available, preferably with some pictures attached for reference.

Rates: $25/hr (wkdays) $32/hr (wkends) (no minimum hours required)
Equipment: call to enquire

Its targeted at 1-on-1 shoots and also for people who have wants to learn basic studio setup before going into commercial studio setup.
