Looking for a rare 30-37mm step up ring!

I've been looking all over for a 30-37mm step up ring, but all the shops I've tried like CP and AP don't carry it. Does any one have any idea where I can get one?

I intend to use it with my 30mm Sony PC9, so I can use 37mm lenses.
