KODAKIT is looking for a Part time Photography Associate who is passionate about photography, understands different aspects of photography including commercial real estate, product and food photography.
Reporting to the Community Manager, this position will:
· Review portfolios and onboarding of photographers
· Review submitted jobs and access if they need editing, re shooting or are approved to be sent to client
· Assist community manager creating photography training courses
· Work with Social media to create content around photography
· Helps manages a calendar of all work flowing through KODAKIT and schedules shoot days accordingly
· Prioritizes work based on KODAKIT capacity, deadlines and competing priorities
· Assists community manager to ensures photographers are able to deliver against business and operational objectives
· Oversee photo shoots and provide onsite guidance
OVERSEES POST PRODUCTION
• Performs the in-house post production work and digital editing
• Ensures QC guidelines and style guides are in place and adhered to before final retouched assets are delivered
MANAGE PHOTOGRAPHIC ASSETS
• Oversees the digital assets for all photography
• Ensures appropriate metadata and tagging of assets
• Ensures all assets are uploaded to and delivered to clients
PREFERRED SKILLS:
· B.A./B.S. degree
· Photographer with strong portfolio and experience in photography
· Passionate about photography
· Hands on experience working in a Mac environment
· Profficient Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
· Individual should work well in a team environment
