Looking for a freelance videographer

I’m looking for a freelance videographer urgently (student / with a few experience will do) as I’m on tight budget. I will like to create a short story video on how a couple met each other since their childhood times till they tying a knot. The length time for the video will be roughly about +/- 4 minutes.
