Anyone waiting for the announcement of the new Lomography camera, The Belair?

The sample images look stunning and I am quite curious how the camera will be like. The announcement for this camera will be made today 18th October! Many have speculated that it will be a medium format camera that takes square format.

So what do you think?

It turns out that the new camera is indeed a medium format camera! Sweetest thing it, it is an interchangeable lens system and comes with bellows! It shoots 6x6, 6x9 and 6x12 (WOOHOO!!!) format! It also has an automatic exposure shutter and zone-focusing, similar to that of the LC-A. The camera is below, taken from Lomography:

Do note that the black version is plastic (heard frmo Ndroo), not anodized metal. I'd love to have the black one if it was the same material as the Polaroid NPC 195. Hahaha! Call me dreaming!

Can't believe that no one has posted this yet. I'm not really into lomo cameras but this particular one got my attention.

New medium format panoramic camera with interchangeable lenses and ability to adjust format! 6x6, 6x9, 6x12. Aperture priority auto exposure... really looking forward to this! Yes fell in love with it after seeing so many videos online. Medium format quality is so much better than 35mm plus it has a rangefinder for quick focusing. This cam has some resemblance based on looks... Hopefully the lens quality is at least proportional to the price haha.

Doubt the lens quality can match the Plaubel Makina. Just guessing at the moment.

Yah lah definitely cannot match! Lack of RF focusing and limited aperture control. But looks very very fun to play with!

Yah, I'm guessing it won't be Makina quality. Nonetheless, at such a price, the images look good! And with aperture priority, this might be a breeze to shoot! F8, F16 will give a very nice DOF. I'm looking forward to it!
