lomo owes its saturated colours and wonky hues to cross processing.

Lomo is like a brand name. Lomo is from Russia. The main mother of all lomos is the Lomo LC-A. It takes in 35mm films. The Lomo Society has marketed lots of other toy camerass under their name and some of them take in 120mm film namely the Holga.

The rich colour is mainly from the lens and the lens of the LC-A gives the nice vignetting and rich contrasty colours. Cross processing does help to give weird whacky and contrasty colours.
