hi, thanks guys for your reply.

i don't actually have any clients for that :D my sister in law is getting married and i'm thinking of taking some shoots in lomo for her. so i thought of experimenting first, but i don't have any couple to experiment with! that's why i was wondering if anyone has ever done it before and whether the results are good.

How good it will turn out depends on you.

There's no fix rule as to what type of camera/film to use for wedding. Feel free to explore your creativity.

Wah shiok! the bridal car is a limo!!! :hearts: :hearts: :hearts: so much room to take photo inside car!
check out one of the comments in the page: "If I was this couple I would be doing handstands all the way back to Germany." haha!!

But looking at the pictures and comments, i feel some of our homegrown CSers AD photographers can do very well in NYC. hehe...

hahaa... that's very true.

i guess you're right. it all depends on me. now if i can only find a couple to be my guinea pigs... ;p

thanks skinnylatte for the links. i'll check them out.

had a lomo fisheye once and used it as a fun/2nd camera for a wedding shoot.
some came out ok some didn't. but very fun experience i guess.
got blasted by the couple's parents when they saw the lomo pics though... something abt ugly, suay and dunno what also.

look for iamasaint. he did a series with a lomo on a kelong. super duper!

i like the set very much, a different take on the usual wedding photos. but i doubt many couples would want to risk the most important day of their lives on a camera that's a little prone to its whims and fancies.

the sis-in-law's wedding is a great place to start if you're not the official photographer. nothing to lose and plenty to gain from the experience! maybe they'll even prefer your photos to the hired photographer's.
