The action/cybersampler has nothing to do with the Russian factory; it's made in China. QC is non-existent for this camera, and don't be surprised if your camera was a total lemon to begin with.

That said, the 4-lensed camera can be fun to play with, but unless you have lots of dough, stick to the cheaper Lomo-lookalikes. The quality is probably as good (bad?), if not, better. and my guess is that it's so unpredictable, you'll outgrow of it quickly.
