u call her auntie?

like that..some of the guys here can be grandfather / father to u lor :bsmilie:

how many you want. i want to keep some till they expire :)

I own a LF original for more than a year. It is an incredibly fun camera. Very versatile, very good snapshot/spy cam... HyperFast (for snapping photo)!

I can share a few tips from my experience:

1) As it has no control over aperture, shutter-speed, metering or focusing; everything depends on the film sensitivity (speed), and the environmental lighting. Use as high ISO negative-film as possible, it saves u the trouble to estimate indoor/outdoor brightness.

2) This is a 170degree coverage fisheye-camera, beware of the subject distance, otherwise things will get too small in your composition.

3) In the case of FE-2, ignore the supplied viewfinder; it will just slow u down. Remember u are shooting in fisheye mode, not standard nor tele view.

4) Avoid using the built-in flash as it will cast a shadow in your pic. This applies to all super-wide angle camera (with built-in flash).

The following pics were taken in my Cambodia trip, with the FE camera, ISO-800/3200 FILM:

Ok. I'm hooked. *sigh*

Where can I get this in HK? I'll be there for a few days. How much is it anyway?

here's something i found off the natura group

You will be able to find the Natura Classica and Klasse W (not cheap) at a camera store on Mody Road, in the Holiday Inn building in Tsim Sha Tsui. The going rate for the Classica is about USD$290, I think. I had to search everywhere, and that shop was the only one I could find that imported the Natura cameras.

Thanks! I think my brain finally kicked into gear. I don't need the Natura. Not at SGD450 I don't.

HOWEVER. A Vivitar would be nice. That's like, what, SGD50? I shall take a walk in HK and see what I can find. ;)

You can get them at Page One at Vivo City. There is one called Frogeye which is waterproof fisheye cam. Planning to get that one. ;)

I won't recommend the frogeye, because its too ordinary to cost so much. The lens is not fantastic either. And its only waterproof for 4 meters only.

I bought my FE2 from there! *grinz*

Just sent my 5th roll to be developed, when I was rewinding the file, it jammed then no traction. I thought it was rewinded all the way so I opened the back and sh*t, I exposed my roll

Got some problem with the mechanism,i winded and rewinded again a few times then managed to rewind the whole film.

I'm sure the photos will be horrible and alot will be lost. *bah*

No photoshop! This was the photo before the one where the entire back of the holga came off in bright sunlight, I guess some of the light leaked into the previous frame and made for a super cool look.

Heh.. Cool!! Will let you know how my pics turn out.

But the previous time I had like 16 out of 36 prints in the roll not developed and they weren't exposed.. :(

Crossing my fingers
