Honestly, i dont think Roeder is a good manager... Look at the talents he had at West Ham and how they got relegated? Even at Newcastle, they let him be manager so that they can get rid of Souness.. he wasnt even considered until he did quite well towards the end of last season.
He doesnt seems to bring out the best in players and gives too much excuses some times.
