I believe that Rafa can handle him, but I just got this feeling that E'to is another overrated striker. But hope my fears are unfounded if Liverpool really sign him.

i do not think morientes is overrated. Morientes has class, and he showed in Real MAdrid (pre-liverpool) and in Valancia (post-liverpool). A player dont become bad suddenly.

I think for morientes, he's just not suited for EPL, as it's more suitable. Rem how tentative Alonso was in the past and now he's like a pitbull. E'to is a different matter, he's quick (as quicky as mickey mouse) and strong, imho, i think he's suitable for EPL.
