Yeah, that's true. Winning the EPL titles by spending tons of money to buy the best players is not something to be proud of. I pity those up and coming youth players in Chelski. They don't get a chance to break into the first eleven at all. Btw, I believe Chelski don't have a Youth Academy at all and are not known for nurturing young players thru the rank.
