Liverpool must offer £20 million if they want to land Porto winger Ricardo Quaresma.
Liverpool bid £14 million for Quaresma last week and a Porto source told the News of the World: "Liverpool made us an offer but it was not enough to even begin talks. So we told them to come back with a better offer if they want Quaresma."

Sources close to Quaresma say he would be keen on a move - but Porto want £20m.
