Another interesting observation when reading today's New Paper, 2 former Liverpool rejects now top U21 prospect.. leyton baines and David Nugent. I cant help but think how little liverpool has done since gerrard Houllier's time to bring our young player through. In fact, none has made the 1st team since then. the last being Gerrard and he's been around for the last 8 yrs? On the other hand, look at Man U and Arsenal and they have managed to promote some from within.

I feel the ENglish talents must be present in our team, esp in EPL and FA cup etc, as they are more passionate abt these than the CL.

Good! In the last 6 months he's been useless. Hugo Almeida and Markus Rosenberg are much more effective. Klose is a bit over-hyped.
