Bro, you realised that foreign forum users will be totally lost whenever we use these local terms?

** BTW : pah (to hit) chiao (bird) is Hokkien (Chinese dialect) meaning to "hunt for birds". Super teles are for shooting birds, hence the term used.

Sorry, I never had any mirror lenses. I dreamed about them when I was young and could not afford them. Today I am not dreaming any more. Maybe one day I buy one just to be able to say "I have one" or "I had one".

I also have a 2xTC, so 400mm + 2xTC should be a real pah chiao also. Unfortunatelly I think it is not so good. Probably too soft and the chroma would be terrible, but I still have to test it. Also, you always loose 2 steps, and that is a lot for those really long bird hunters, especially if you want higher shutter speeds.
