Lilliput Field Monitors

Anybody used this brand before? I'm looking into the Lilliput 5D-ii/O/P model. It does looks promising with it's price but then again, good things don't come cheap.

I recently purchased a Wondlan 701B monitor online and to be honest, it's not enough for the work i'm doing. Lack of many essential functions like histogram, false color etc. It's good for amateurs though but limited.

Small HD is good but overpriced. I'm at a dilemma :(

Hahaha.. Nice. I'm looking at the Lilliputs too.. Used SmallHD DP4 and DP6 before.. really good but really expensive!

My SmallHD DP4 is awesome. Worth your money.

I wanted even more thou, the OLED one even sharper and clearer.

I would love to get SmallHD DP series but the price...

HI
Lilliput monitors aren't accurate for video work. You can roughly use them for framing and not for colour reference .
They also have poor viewing angles and not great outdoors. When it comes to monitors, its
definitely worth saving up and get a better monitor or rent one to test out the features.

We widely use Tv logic, Bon and Marshal monitors for productions.

cheers
