Hi friends! Anyone care to share their experience with using Lightsphere to extend their flash range? Is it even half decent? Or is it something that's "have like don't have"?

I still don't understand who teach people to use omibounce pointing upward or 45° shooting outdoor portraits in a open areas.

i doubt it will cook a bird when its flying thou... maybe blind it for a moment...
