Anyone used this combination of setup ?
One problem, the lightsphere II get drop off from the 5600 very easily :-( .
any solution or how you make your's works.
Yap. You are right. It drops out very easily. But mine is still new so it holds better. But my plan to manage this could come in either form. First use valcro and stick it to the camera. The idea comes from Lumiquest. I have been using that with the valcro on my flash. So it is a natural tansition. The other option is to get a very strong rubber band to hold the side. Hope this helps................HP
Try using two paper towels on the top and bottom side. It helps because the fit is tighter and there's increased friction. I used this method cos I was despo while shooting my school's graduation night and my borrowed LS2PJ kept on dropping off. :bsmilie:
If i am not wrong there are 4 sizes for the LSPJ... the one recommended for 5600hsd is P2 while the one recommended for 3600hsd is P3... If you already bought the P2 size.. then gaffer + velcro, as what the others had suggested, is a good solution...
Otherwise... i tried the P3 originally meant for my 3600 onto my newly acquired 5600hsd.. and found that actually P3 fits the 5600 nicely. =)
Rongren: The differences are like 1/8th inch or thereabouts. Not much really =)
tokrot: I haven't got one. But it can be gotten from Cathay for about $70 for LSPJ and about $20 for inverted dome. Not sure about current pricing though.

I was with Cathayphoto once about this lightspare. I did point to them that size P2 donot fit 5600HSD well, P3 fit better. The manufacturer must have size the 5600 by including the little norch on the flash head. For P3 to fit even better you may want to cut a slot on lightspare P3.
