Yeah~ Just downloaded lightroom 3 for my Mac...
Now there's a problem, both the light room 2 and 3 are in....

What do you guys do with lightroom 2 for those upgrading?

I bought the upgrade box from Funan even though I can order online. Call before going down to ensure that they reserve a box for you.

For LR2 I just leave it installed since it doesn't take up much space.

Hello, for those who are using LR3, do you have any idea if LR3 is more resource hungry than LR2? Because I am running LR2 on a shitty Vaio and its pretty slow.
So if LR3 is much more resource hungry, I will prob wait till I upgrade my hardware.

Hello, for those who are using LR3, do you have any idea if LR3 is more resource hungry than LR2? Because I am running LR2 on a shitty Vaio and its pretty slow.
So if LR3 is much more resource hungry, I will prob wait till I upgrade my hardware.

My LR3 usually eat abt 800MB of RAM but will shoot up alot if doing exporting from RAW to JPEG.

I don't know if it's different now, but I bought from B&H about two months ago (IIRC US$180). They will send a package containing a box comprising a CD (with case). Serial number is on the case.
