Its been an exhilarating past year for Lightedpixels photography and we are trying to catch our breath.
Lightedpixels Photography does mainly journalistic wedding photography. In addition, we do shoot the occasional family, kids, pregnancy and potraitures photography. Presently, Lightedpixels consist of myself, Elizabeth and Mike Chee. Mike is presently helping us on a part time basis.
We have quite a number of overseas bridals and continue to recieve a significant number of enquiries on overseas wedding and bridals. In addition, we also shoot local bridals and wedding days.
As such , we are inviting talented, fun and responsible photographers and assistants to join and grow with us. We are now looking for associate photographers, secondary photographers, a personal assistant and DI artist. It provides a great opportunity to work with a small, close, dynamic and fun loving group of people. We are part of the WPN and WPJA. We were also named in Singapore Tatler's Best of Singapore 2007, under wedding photography.
Now for the positions available.
Depending on experience, Associate photographers will either step in straight away, to shoot under Lightedpixels, or be groomed to eventually shoot for us. An associate photographer would be working closely with me on shoots and post production works. An associate photographer should also be able to shoot on his own.
Secondary photographers will assist during bridal and wedding day shoots. We require an asisstant to help in carrying equipments, reflectors and setting up lights during bridal shoots. However, do note that all bridals are done outdoors. For wedding day shoots, we also require an assistant to help shoot the table shots and any other formal group photos.
We also require a personal assistant to asisst us in the daily running of Lightedpixels. The job scope includes coordinating with our suppliers and clients, assisting us in planning for the overseas shoots, like booking of air tickets, hotels, finding the best pubs...
Also, we would prefer if you have your own transport.
Last but not least, we require a DI artist to assist us in DI work.
All the positions are on a part time basis for now. We will eventually hope to work with you on a full time basis. We expect to pay the personal assistant a fix amount of salary a month. However, for all other positions, payment will be on a per-job basis.
