Darren Huckerby? I was hoping more for a different sort of player... I can see Huckerby trying runs and I do not have very good impression of liverpool players trying runs..haha

we used to have a rather good player who runs at defenders by the name of steve mcmanaman(haha! anyone remember him?).

darren huckerby's main asset is to run at defenders and that's that. he can't do much other than that. soon, he'll run out of space to run(as is evident against us last monday). maybe our defenders are too good for him. haha

true true..

but i think i'm going to bed.. i just started working this week and i've been waking up early for the past week... argh! my body's not able to adjust from being a full time (lobo) student to working!

*yawn*

i'm still trying to rush out my assignments now... but.. i think i'll just give it up and go to bed and continue tomorrow...

that's why i seldom get to watch pool's matches nowadays..work and somemore the timing here in sydney is abit odd for watching england matches the last match i watch was everton - liverpool game ;(

it's in chelsea's hands. if they self-destruct somehow.... the title race will be blown wide open. but that's a pretty big if.

true, just wind up rooney and he'll get himself banned for another 3 matches.

yes, that was really ages ago! now, he has a tummy to support! hohohaha

let's not forget that he packs a powerful shot with his left leg too. ;)
oh, and very fine passing! ;)

perhaps we'll steal 'their' 3rd placing! hoha hoha!

sian...partridge injured! was hoping he could do well and finally get his break into the first team, especially with our injury problems and nunez's uninspired displays so far.

Liverpool have been dealt more bad news on the injury front after Richie Partridge was ruled out of action for six weeks.
Partridge underwent keyhole surgery to cure a minor knee injury on Thursday.

The 24-year old Irish winger has endured a torrid time with injuries of late and this is a further blow to his hopes of establishing himself in the first team picture under Rafael Benitez.

great news :)

WONDERFUL!!

let's hope he settles in quickly and help our clause!!

go LIVERPOOL!!!

Morientes will never walk alone!!! ;)

would be great! the sooner we can end the speculations and get the players in, the more time we have to build a team and challenge for that champions league spot. there's a lot of work done and not much time left to do it.
looking forward to the burnley match but i wonder if the wait would dampen the fire of our youngsters. hope they can do well!
