back to the thing abt cardiff and swarnsea..... these 2 are welsh football club. Before the welsh have their football league, they are the only 2 peofessional club playing in the old english league division 3. Sometimes, they would come close to promotion but I dun remember them ever making it to Division 1 since the day i started watching soccer. The interesting fact about this 2 teams are that before UEFA have champions league, they have automatic wildcard to play in the European Cup(i think that was what it used to be called) we dun see them in headlines often cos they always get eliminated in the first round.. hehe Later UEFA changed their ruling to say that each league can only send out X numbers of team to play in champions league and those 2 teams lose their automatic qualification since they are in the english league system and they refuse to join their newly formed domestic league. a little like our old malaysia cup system. Even if singapore win the league and cup, a malaysian team would go play in asian cup while Geylang international would represent singapore in the asian club cup... hope that shed some light.

If Rafa can sign up 2 CD, Gallas, Upson or Milito, he will prob sell off Hyypia....

As for Baros, Rafa will sell but will Baros want to go to a relegation candidate? I doubt so....

He is probably the slowest defender in EPL (except for maybe Pellegrino, but he's gone).

Slowest? No lah... But hyypia is on the decline. If we can get 2 good CD out of Milito, Upson and Gallas, I wouldn't mind selling him for 2 m. He would have stayed at most of another 2 years then zero value to us anyway...

Personally I wun sell Hyppia, even if I can get another good CD like Upson/Gallas or Milito, there's bound to be injuries, suspensions and fatigue, and an experienced dependable defender is always good to have to rotate around. It's not as if the 2 million can get a team much these days anyway, and it's kinda insulting for a player that has given so much and performed admirably for Liverpool

To a certain extent, yes. Hyypia will be good as backup for 2 years so not much... But it will also deprive some of the youngsters coming thru like whitbread etc..
