Lexar Card died, where to replace?

Hi, anyone knows where I can get the card replaced? since it's supposed to be lifetime warranty.
Card died after inserting into a multicard reader :cry: , cam won't detect even after formatting with PC.

think u can bring to convergent system at albert complex.....cant reali rem the full address, think u do a search ba~!

I got the address from Lexar webpage so I assume it's the correct one.

Convergent Sys is the one that services Lexar stuffs...even if you call Lexar directly...they will refer you to their agent...COnvergent Sys...

Yup, that's the place... It also service Kingston brand...

i went to replace my dead 2GB 80X card today at convergent. The staff promptly replaced it for me in a min and i was gone in 5 mins after a quick test.

a couple of write errors, luckily the missing pictures were still recoverable, then came the final error after a couple months later, which rendered the card unreadable.

i have the same problem. the autoplay keeps popping up but it jsut cannot detect the card. Did convergent recover the data for you?

my card was dead. no autoplay when i pop in the card, and moments later the system hangs.

it refuses to be read or formatted with my 30D.
