Hi,
What is the standard Package for this memory card?
Cause I bought one at East Gear during the Comex show, and I just opened it now cause I just bought the D70. I thought I could wait for Photokina. But I couldn't, I just opened the box of the memory, there is a software inside but I don't how to copy it to a pc. There is no manual just the card and a case. Hope some kind soul could help. It is already too late thus could not reach East Gear. Thanks.

I guess u need a card reader connected to yr PC. If you are running Windows XP, it will be recognised as a removable device and you will be able to access the files on the card like any drive on yr PC......

Set your D70 USB mode to "Mass Storage" and connect it to your PC.
You can now access files on the CF card and run it like any other drive on ur PC.

Hi Joebaye,

The standard package from the Lexar Media 80x is just the card and a plastic case. The software is all inside the CF card itself.

Do you have a email account which I can transfer 24Mb worth of files over to you?

Do PM me your email address if your email address can take it.

thanks for all the replies.

Convergent. I just pmed you my email addy.

I raised this concern as my friend witha 40x 1 gb lexar has a card reader.
But for my 80x it does not come with a card reader. I'll just try reading it using my D70.
