This is a little under exposed. possible to improve it with ps?
I took another pic that is more exposed, but i think there is a bit of handshake as I didnt have a tripod. can ps reduce handshake?

Yeah, especially after rain. I was pondering whether to bring the cam along, and decided not. Then I almost stab myself when I saw the sunset. :angry:

Yeah, its quite possible to regain details lost due to underexposure in PS, as for handshake, try reducing the resolution or use some of those "ghosting-removing" plugins.
