Lens buying sequence

Dream Canon(new):

24 f1.4
50 f1.4
85 f 1.2
70-200 f2.8

Maybe throw in a few Leica and Zeiss lens as well :bsmilie:

1. Started with 50d and 18-135 kit lens and 50 f1.8
2. 100mm macro to shoot Lego pictures and kids playing sports
3. 70-200 f4 IS as 100mm not long enough
4. Sold 18-135 as used less than 5 times.
5. Bought sigma 30 f1.4 for shooting indoors and lowlight
6. Got 50mm f1.4 to shoot kids portraits
7. Got 135mm f2 as a present.
8. Added speed light 580
9. Sold sigma 30 f1.4 and in process of replacing with 17-40 as find 30 not wide enough.

I started out buying 50D with kit lens

1. kit lens 18-55 (gave to my cousin)
2. Sigma 18-200 OS (sold to my friend)
3. Sigma 70-300 APO DG
4. Canon 50 F1.8 (gave to my cousin)
5. Canon 24-70 F2.8L :heart:
6. Canon 135 F2L :heart:

Then just upgraded to 5Dmk2 last Dec 2010 :thumbsup:

2. Sigma 17 - 50mm F2.8 sold out and replaced by Canon EF 17 - 40mm F4.0L
3. Canon EF 60mm Macro, sold out and replaced by Canon EF 85mm F1.8
4. Canon EF 28mm F1.8, sold out and replaced by Canon Canon EF 35mm F1.4L (my keeper)
5. Sold out Canon EF 17 - 40mm F4.0L
