Lembeh 2011 January

I had the opportunity to get off work just before CNY for a dive in Lembeh. It was rainy season and we didn't get to see much sunshine (not that Singapore saw much during that time either). The more sought after critters were shy but I got to see things that I didn't see in my previous trip. Overall, it was very enjoyable. Here are some of the pictures, please click on the picture to go to the slideshow.

Very Nice pic there..:thumbsup::thumbsup:

very nice. using snoots with your strobes for some shots?

very nice series ... like it

thanks guys.

howeikwok: i tried on several shots with different configs. got a good feel of what the output is going to be like. i think i'll build something more sturdy next time round. the current set is too flimsy to be useful underwater. good lesson learned though:)

cool. very nice. your perspective and framing is quite different from the rest of us out there. :)

p.s. am planning to try to snoot with the output through a strand of fibre optic cable soon. heard of this technique from others so thought i might try it too. :bsmilie:

Interesting perspective and very nice pictures. I like your style! :thumbsup:

Very nice. Great lighting control and composition. I like the octopi and flambo eggs.
