IIRC, in terms of build-quality, the best ones are from 834xxx to 854xxx. will list the the source if I could still find it....

Great effort from HK collectors. M3 is always very interesting, be it for shooting or collecting and sold the most. Even Mr. Rockwell compare it to M9.

Depend on individual area of interest, later serial number M3 with all the refinements may not be interesting to some collectors.

Some like like single stroke, some like double stroke. That's why the saying: different STROKE for different folks.
