From the LFI,the proto type for M7 will be out in 2006,the problem is the distance between he lens and CCD is too short,the edge can't get a good reception of light.

I've got a feeling Cosina or Zeiss may beat Leica in the race to come out with a production ready digital RF. Don't think my wallet is going to be able to afford a digital M when it finally appears.
