Is that in writing anywhere? Since the only reference I got regarding re-importation (not initial importation) is the one which I point you to, it will be good to know that I can refer to such reference if any complication should ever arise. Thank you.

Collected my camera from the customs office at singapore post today. Just had to show them my original documents which came when i bought the camera to verify that the serial numbers matched. GST came up to around $24 for the repairs but they graciously waived it.

Anyway, i'm glad my camera is back safe and sound. The viewfinder flare fix seems effective. Happy with DAG's response and quality.

I sent it by EMS on Aug 16. Was received and repaired by 25 Aug. Arrived back in Singapore around September 4/5. So total about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks.
