LCDVF with long lenses?

Anyone has the LCDVF and used it with long lenses before? i.e.:70-200mm

Are you talking about handheld? I've done sticks work, shoulder rig work and just plain handheld with the LCDVF as my third point of contact (other two are lens focus ring and right hand on handle of camera or head). The LCDVF is crucial with handheld and shoulder rig work.

LCDVF works well with any lens. If you're talking about stability, Headshotzx is right, it acts as a third point of contact for stabilisation.

I have used the first version LCDVF with the Sigma 300-800 at the 4 legged animal location. No problems except serious problems with the mounting frame coming off all the time. They should have resolved that. The Zacuto Z-finder is very amazing too.
