I own a Canon S45, currently seaching for a LCD protector for the baby !

saw in this forum a Da-mini protector - anyone using this & how different is this compared to protectors for palm.

cheers !

:)

Still waiting for the da' mini protector to arrival... currently using those PDA screen protector on both my DC. It works fine for fingerprints, but ain't scratchproof... Saw the da'mini protector before, IMO, it is better to have it, if you are those careless fellow... so far, I have been using the PDA screen protector for 2 years of all my previous DC, have no problem...

Ivor,

is the da mini protector a thick plastic layer, not as flexi and flimsy as the PDA screen protectors.

does it look awkward on the screen on S45.

would like to get opinions from users before i place over over the net.

cheers ! thanks !

If you are a careful person, then I guess there really don't need the LCD screen protector, other than the PDA protector to keep those fingerprints off the LCD. As mentioned, I have not problem with the PDA protector so far (*touch wood*)

Bought a set of LCD protector from computer section at Popular Book Store. $9.90 for 3 pieces plus a lens cleaning clothe. Free size...you trim it to fit your LCD. I piece is good for 2 x 1.8" LCD screen. Therefore 3 pieces can cover 6 x 1.8" LCD. You can use the odds and end pieces to cover the control panels of your cameras.

If are the kind who sells your gear after a while, good to keep them in good condition.
