While the intention (help to clear doubts) of the subforum is good.... The possiblilities of it misleading, causing more confusions and doubts, contridiction etc, are stronger reasons why it should not exist...
the forum will not work. in the first place would u trust any advice on aspects of law given here? furthermore the person giving the advice would not want to be liable for any wrong advice. u r better off seeking professional help even if it means u have to pay for it.
