$1299 is the standard retail price. The street price should be lower. It depends on how much you can save by sourcing for the lowest price. then see if you find the cash savings more useful, or the free gifts more useful.
The dry box is those plastic kind with a hydrometer? Or an electronic dry cabinet?

Well, I guess the street price is around SGD$1210? So, technically, I'm paying $80 for those 'gifts' .. Hmmm.. I wonder if those gifts are worth up to that price :S I'm still a newbie and I don't really know the market price for those tripod/dry box / UV Filter
I'm still consider Nex 5N too ! Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

You can do some estimation of the cost of the freebies.
The 16Gb SD card cost less than $30 today (Sandisk Extreme), which I think the free card should be even cheaper as don't think they will give a Sandisk Extreme. 8Gb is less than $10.
UV filter will probably be the cheapest model around $10 each.
Card reader, cleaning kit are all cheaper than $10.
Tripod I am guessing should be the short miniature type, which you wont use it. Really cheap.
Additional Battery, if OEM, will be around $10-$20 each, extra original Sony is selling with package at $19 each.
