caution:
bargain city prices are before 4% gst

and ms colour usually quotes after 4% gst so if going for high price items, 4% could work out to quite a lot.

same for AP also, like to quote before 4%.

BargainCity, MS Color and Cathay quote without 4% GST. AP quotes with 4% GST.

The prices on my list are almost all with GST, since I manually add GST to the quotes without.
