Nice to have met everyone yesterday, even though I had to leave early.

Keep on shooting film!

Thanks for organising. Today I became a serial molester of LF gear. I even took some Edison Chan version of the photos for my memorable recollection lolx.

ok seriously, today kenna poisoned. I will seriously reconsider my options considered the chemical language spoken to me today. I am quite weak in languages and always have failure learning foreign languages :D

The vege bird welcome you to the dark side, fallen ones :D

Haha! Remember to put in your center no matter what format you do. Thanks for the moo card!

Had been pretty badly posioned for speed speed graphic opps haha!

Deeply posioned for a vinyl record player as well right? Sweat100 ? *wink wink* Thanks for the developing paper and paper developer! will give it a try after my exams

You are welcome. :) Hope with the papers, you can do your own 4x5 contact prints while you wait for your scanner.
Haha... didn't know you are into analog music as well. Maybe is just a coincidence poison. Photography is pleasure for the eyes while music is pleasure for the ears. :)

wonderful outing today :)

I was expecting all "Ah Pehs" to turn up, but I was totally wrong...

Frankly speaking, I am quite sad that we miss out fetching the "Ah Pehs". Vege bird got a lot to learn from them, I personally find that experience from them are so important that I find myself enjoys seeing them staring at me telling me more facts. :D Maybe I have turn into some kind of fetish pervert...:embrass:

"Ah Pehs" are all those consider uncles that have shot for lots years and they are going in a few years or have gotten the CPF liao.

Super fast. :o

I have not even developed my film yet. :what:

How was the first series on old house with spiral stair cases?

I was setting all to -1/3 to even -1 stop. Sky as reference.
So for #01 and #02 should be richer.

Market all at 2.8 1/30. I can only see mine on Wednesday. Hope by then the LF pictures are out.

I suppose you mean this one... I only took one shot from this angle.
Find this shot ( composition ) rather straight forward , hence did not want to post... "wait people laugh" ..shhhh...

I meter as Av ( no compensation as the lighting is not very contrast ).

There was an old lady walking pass the coffee shop with some long sugar-cane...
and I actually missed that

Yeahh super wasted! By the time i got my camera out i missed the old lady too
Love the wet market shots!!
@sweat100 aiya Been wanting to dabble in analog music for a very long time, just never had the time and funds for it. But i do appreciate it.

no lah... hahaha...
All these were done with Mamiya AFD2, 35mm F3.5 ( Kodak E100VS ).

most were done at waist level ( subject is very camera shy ) and therefore the focusing is not there.
I am planning to get a 4x5 or a 6x17 camera. Therefore I went to see how troublesome is it to use a LF for shoot :)

Billy

Billy, these were LF shots? Amazing.

thanks bro.

hey, nicely captured!

Do consider the Fujifilm 69. Its a pseudo LF and portable.

So how, Hwa Par Villa sometime? Ai ? Mai? :)

sure bro.
Lot of holidays on the way, president elections lah, HariRaya lah... and the Lantern festival is also coming.

dear Billy ..u r fast. great shots especially in the wet market. i only done 2 shots and have not developed them yet. One shot is the spiral staircase and the 2nd is the HDB block as yr 1st photo. i like the look of the spiral staircase but i was too far away at the carpark to go in for a tighter shot.

we could also go Toa payoh blk 28 where there is a still an old style Dragon playground. These few blocks were targeted for SERS development but are not temporary used a rental flats so they won't be around for long too. Nearby is the Shuanglin temple too.

thanks. I guess it is the film positive that has created such nice color and resulted in a more appealing picture here.

Yes, I have seen some pictures of that "dragon playground" you mentioned. Will go there see see look look..

thanks
Billy

I am also toying with getting a monorail 4x5...but fear of having to work with chemicals in a wet dark room scares me...:-(
