LEICA SUMMICRON-M 28mm f/2 ASPH - Kinjaku-ji

The picture felt so unreal when I first look at it on my computer screen yesterday night.

I really hate the M9 LCD screen, really cannot tell if you got a "good" picture

Terrence, this Leica M9 is really magical!
When I use my 1D and L lens, and when I see the images on my pc, some images I go "That's nice, not bad, not bad".
But when my M9 got it right, I go .... "woaaaaa"!
tend to agree that the LCD is real crappy.

Maybe M9.2 this year? Who knows.

I was like better take a few more just in case ahhh.... "Wife at the background" Why are you taking so long, you never took so long before, told you to bring the 7D huh!

Nice Kyoto series!
Do share more

Kyoto is nice! I was hoping to go there this year for Sakura festival but alas, it was not meant to be. Perhaps next year. I think with SLR, I usually end up with too much gear and an aching shoulder. Taking the RF for the trip is more fun. Glad to see the M9 working well for you.

Cheers,

Nice shots! What lenses did you use?

I had a 50mm Lux & a 28mm Cron during the Osaka/Kyoto trip.

We landed the day the earthquake happen during the afternnon and everyone we know was worried and is asking us to come back, but we couldn't so we carry on with our plans.

I will post more pictures soon.
