KT is sucks!!!

i get a totally different service at KT near chinatwn...it really sucks when i go to there for the 2nd time.....i get 20% dis on 1st time(10% because of clubsnap membership, and 10% because i print alot >400pcs)...and i can reprint if im not satisfy with the prints out for quite a alot of photo(>15pcs)...and i get 2 free S8R...
but the second time...i get only 10%...and i get charged when i reprint...and when i was tryin to claim back the free S8R...i have to wait 1 day for only 2 pcs of photo(i arive thr bout 6pm)...what they explain is they have to change paper, and currently no 8R paper(i knew she bluf me)..and finally she said because mine is FOC...so cnt put on priority...****!!...im fade up with it......anyone can recommed me any other good photo shop with price about $0.25 per pc for 4R???

how are the prices at triple d (fujifilm)?

Should be par with KT if not better.

Service is definitely better as the DDD is not as crowded as KT.

came across this shop shopping at simlim square. service is good and price good too...provided you print large quantities la. the last time i went priinted 26 pcs of S8R and he was able to do it for me in bout 2 hours...which is dangerous cos 2 hours can spend alot of money at simlim and orient photo:bsmilie:

I think Triple D opens daily from 10:30pm to 7pm.

Sat and Sun operating hours is slightly different though. He opens on Public Holidays too! Normally, I call Mike (Tel : 6224-4006) before going down to make sure that his machine is available and it's working because I normally send in my CF card and collect in a short period. As surge mentioned, I go SLS for a walk or take my meals while waiting for my print to get ready.

7pm is too early for me.
Any other good lab which is in town and open till 9pm?

Most labs will not print free photos like 8R or S8R on the spot or same day.

dun mind i share my experience with KT new staffs. i did the prints just this week.

the print is so cropped!!

that bad. what bull is this. best part is.. i sent in a picture to print S8R. it came back cropped as well. c'mon.. spare me the trauma. not the first time i'm printing S8R.

I was trying to tell everyone about KT's bad service around October last year when someone at CS bombarded me with tons of hate mails. Also, I was forced to delete my thread.

thanks. i'm considering that as well. nowadays the print quality seemed to drop as well. i always make sure that it has enough resolution for printing. but i dunno why the prints came back so noisy and seemingly lack of resolution. looks like i gotta look elsewhere again.

Usually, i head to Miao Laan when i'm in sch or TripleD for convenience.
