dunno if anyone is interested in this. i was out at international plaza for a clinic appt this afternoon. since i was early, i went to walk ard IP.

came across a laundrymart (no, i'm not making this up) on the 2nd floor that has stacks of konica 35mm film negatives on sale. apparently, the laundarymart used to be a konica developing centre too. but from the looks of it, they no longer have developing machines in the shop.

so, for those looking for cheap film, i suggest u pop by IP one of these days, if u happened to be in the neighbourhood. ;)

Wah you like dat announce, tomorrow no more liao...ha ha.... I still have about 12-14 rolls at home....must clear first...

im still seeing those konica film.. how much does one cost?
there is alot of stocks in one of shop.. near boon keng mrt..

read from somewhere konica stop producing them liao...The last time I bought this batch of 20 I have, is $2 for 1roll. Its not a expensive or solid film, just consumer grade. But I like its colours. keeping for some to expire for maybe 1-2years, dunno what kinda of effect will it have.

as max said, it's cheap. IIRC, short of buying carrefour's in-house brands, konica used to be the cheapest 35mm film u can get a few years ago.

but, the quality of the prints from konica film can be weird at times. not a bad thing, if u are shooting with a toy camera. ;)

konica centuria 200's colour from my observation, has a purplish blue hue, not very desirable actually. NW75 is right, to some, its weird, not many people like. But I like. I feel if they have slide films, the xpro will look good.
